when i installed vicidial,the screen always appear these message
"problem connecting to "localhost", port 5038: Connection refused at /home/cron/AST_vm_update.pl line 144"
it is annoying..... pls help me！
and what's of use "AST_vm_update.pl ", if i comment it in crontab,it affect the vicidial system????????

Check that your manager.conf file is properly configured. Also, some Linux distros don't like localhost so you may have to use the IP address of the Asterisk server in the servers table for the telnet host field.
