hello, would someone please let me know if it would be possible to setup Vicidial to act as an outbound dialer only. I intened to use it to broadcast a custom IVR message. no need for agents to be logged in.
any information you can provide is greatly appreciated

Have you studied the Manager Manual? It is all explained in there. It has also been discussed in the forums many times.

I am planning on purchasing the manual, but I was not sure if this topic is actully covered. if you can point me to the thread where this topic was discussed that would be greatly appreciated.

Yes it is covered in the manual. There are quite a couple of threads. Just go to "search" at the top of this page and search for "broadcast".
