pls help. I have everything set up but when i open the browser for its interface it says unable to connect. what will i do about it?

what is the exact error you are getting on your browser screen?

That would be an Apache problem.
Is httpd running?

i checked on apache and it was already the newest version.
httpd is not running

start the httpd service by this command
service httpd start.
then try checking it..
