I am trying to configure VICIDIAL for an inbound call center scenario .I had created In-Group ..closer type campaign....when agent login through interface ,select the the inbound compaign then press submit . sip client start ringing ...when agent pickup the call, he is successfully placed in meetme room ... when inbound call is made by any customer ,agent can see colour changed on agent form... but agent got no alert message about inbound call
..and after some time IVR regarded to invalid extension is being played.... the following section of dialplan execute...
