i am using an eyebeam softphone. when an agent log- in in vicidial agent account. after successfully logging in the softphone have to ring and the agent will answer it so that the agent will be able to receive call.
my problem is when the agent logged in the softphone does not ring
hope you can help me. thanks

check whether the softfone is registered with asterisk.
if yes..u need to check ur dialplan.. and see if conference rooms r created.
if yes.. check wht kind of codec u r using..
post the asterisk cli for further support..

if you have nat, do also check that sip-account have nat=yes
