Call Hold through code

Hi There,

We are trying to integrate Asterisk Server functionality through code with another Java based application.

We are trying to incorporate the following functionalities through code.

1. Call Hold
2. Call Transfer
3. Call Conference.

Has anyone previously done this using the fastAGI API. Can anyone provide us with the classes that we need to use to incorporate these functionalities.
