problem about vicidial TRUNK

Postby jslyg » Tue Sep 05, 2006 9:17 pm

i have one zap/1-1 trunk,if i connect PSTN line to it, vicidial dial out is ok,in the channel box,it display "zap/1-1".
but if i dont connect PSTN with x100p,in the channel box,it display nothing.after a while, dial timed out, contact your system adminstrator.
pls tell me,how to assign trunk?why /agc/vicidial.php look zap/1-1 as default trunk?
ps:i have sip trunk, can i assign it as my vicidial trunk?thanks

look in your [globals] section of your extensions.conf file and change TRUNK to be your SIP trunk. Also make sure that you have registered your SIP account in the sip.conf file.

You must have zap defined somewhere in your dialplan for this to be happening.
