PD problem in vicidialnow

i have configured sangoma PRI card in vicidialnow...manual and progressive dialing is going but Predictive dialing in not working ....no error indications in cli prompt also.....please help me.

How do you know "progressive" dialing is working but Predictive is not?

when i dialed by keeping dial method manual and dial from agtent login using Dialnext......calls are going

What is the output of 'screen -r' on your Linux command-line?

Do you have the 'o' flag in your Dial string in extensions.conf?
