Here's the process,
Agent is capable of manual dial, he type in the number on the number field on the agent's interface. If it is on the campaign's list the call will go through but if not it will block the call.
Is this possible? any clue on where to change this?

It would need to be programmed into the vdc_db_query.php script. Shouldn't be too difficult to add, but to add it to the project the proper options would need to be added to the campaign to be able to turn it off and on.
