Where did you get that kind of information? VicidialNOW is based from the scratch install of VICIDIAL on a modified CentOS system. It has all the patches (on the scratch install) applied and a lot more. The limitations are on the hardware being used.

There are a lot of small centers with up to 20 seats using the VicidialNOW distro without any issues related to the system.

Getting an X100p card surely helps since this places the timing load away from the kernel (ztdummy) to the hardware x100p card.

2 core2quad with 4 gb of ram and 360 gb sata and using ztdummy.

VICIDIALNOW is faithful to the scratch install. Heck the installer is even 10 times better than most of the so called consultants installs.
