New German language Pack?

We have a running Vicidial installation of Scratch successfully installed. We have an interest in a German language package. After search, we have seen it already exists. Can you provide us?

The German language pack only partially finished, but what is there is included in the general release. We are still waiting on a third party to finish it. If you wanted to sponsor the translation I'm sure we could get one finished in a couple of weeks.
