Broadcast w/AMD not hanging up....

I have the latest Vicidialnow distro, even had the guys config the system for me. I am having a small issue. On a voice broadcast, using 30 lines, some of the calls don't hangup and go on and on until I reboot my phone system. Not sure if it has to do with the AMD or not. I was testing out a few things today and there were 4 calls that wouldn't hang up. Any ideas?
