List Loading Error

I am getting an error when i am trying to load list :

I tried Custom layout but it gives above error.

I tried Std Vicidial , it works.

I tried below test file :

What is the build and version of the lead loader page?

What format of file are your files in?

LIST LOADER- VERSION: 2.0.4-24 BUILD: 80428-0417

Tried CSV format.

Can you post the first line of your file as well as the filename?

are the commas and quotes not showing here on the forum, or do you not have any in the file?

I can open it in Excel but not in wordpad or notepad.

I tried below one using Customer Format but same problem :

If even the sample files are not working then there is usually a problem with your installation such as wrong file permissions.

It was working and then one fine morning, its NOT.

Does it mean Re-installation is the only way ?

Look and see if there is a temp file in the php upload directory or in your vicidial web directory and delete it.
