BAD LEADS

Hi...im using vicidialnow....but i have problem when loading leads...it display all bad leads...is there any other configuration regarding before loading the leads on the web gui...please help...tnxz a lot

Can you post a couple lines of the lead file you are trying to load along with all of the steps and settings you are using when you load the leads?

This are the sample line of leads i try to load on vicidialnow..but turn to be a BAD leads..all items here are all line up in column.

The procedure ive done are. first log as admin then goto to LIST add new list, example i add 8002 then after that click load new leads specify the list ID then submit...after that all BAD leads...i try it several times...hope u understand waht i meant..thanks a lot for the reply..

what is the delimiter in these leads?

What is the filename?

This is the filename => 37201, 37202, 37203, 37204= 13,102- mike hayes new areas1

IN CSV format.

What is the file extension?

The file extension is (Microsoft Office Excel Comma Separated Values File) and also when i try to load the leads. BAD PHONE ROW is the error message....no leads are loaded.

No idea why these showed as BAD...

Which fields are you selecting?

Have you tried loading the example leads txt file included in the extras folder of the release to make sure lead loading is working?
