hi...i would like to ask if g729 codec are already built_in in vicidialnow.....and already installed...if not how am i going to configure it to be available on my vici..

Nope.
In order to get the g729 codec please purchase it from digium.com (the maker of asterisk pbx)

ok.....how about the Open source G729 codec...ive found while googling for free g729 codec...do you ave any idea about it? Is it ok ill used that.. thanks

ok....i already installed the free G729 codec but the problem is i think all the links where the codec to be downloaded are remove...i ahd error on downloading them....no such directory....anyone who had the recent updated link or procedure to install it....

I will put my foot down in to this topic.
No, we will not help you install the free g729 codec.
As I said before, and over and over again. Get the codec from digium itself.
AND USE THE SEARCH FUNCTION OF THE FORUM TO KNOW WHY.
Get paid for US outbound Toll Free calls. PM me.
