hi how to make vicidial script that when my agent call, the business name and name of the owner would appear...i already try setting up a test script then insert different type of function like id..vendor lead code..
but the problem is when my agent login to vici the script i made does not appear on the script windows....

buy the managers manual.. everything is explained there very clearly.
