NO Recorded File on /var/spool/asterisk/monitor

Hi there,

Can you help with my problem in vicidial.

i cant find any recording file in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor.

i use manual dialing and testing the recording but unfortunately no file in the /var/spool/asterisk/monitor directory...

astguiclient version?

are you sure you enabled the recording at the campaign manager's interface?

if your astguiclient version is 2.0.4 then you need to look at /var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE
