Sorry to all those technically savvy to be boring you with what is probably a simple question to which I have no answer. I am tryiing to load leads and once loaded create a list. They appear to load fine. I am using an excel format and therefore using the custom mapping. Once loaded the system indicates that 1,845 are good, 1 bad. 1844 total. I then try to add the list and it appears to load it fine until I check the dialable leads and it indicates I only have 240 to dial. Later that day I deleted the list and reloaded them from scratch to find this time I had 340 or so to dial. I have had this problem for a while. Why the discrepancy on the counts? Why aren't my usable leads the same as what it indicates when I load the leads?
I also have the detail campaign setting to "new Leads". FYI

What is campaign Local Call Time set to?
It will not show you the leads, which local time is out of campaign call time when you are viewing it.
In other words- if you campaign call time is 9am-9pm and you are checking at 8am or 10pm you will see 0 dialable leads, assuming you are in the same time zone as the leads.
Similar is when leads are in different time zones- if leads local time is out of campaign call times- it will not be counted as dialable lead.

I have it set to 24 he dialing so I. Am not sure if that is the problem. ?

I found the issue. My agent screen doesn't have a "business name" field so I have been putting that in the place of the address. The name of business was more important than the address. The problem is that the name in most cases exceeded the maximum number of characters allowed in that field. Is that possible. Next question is how do I add another field?

There is no easy way of adding another field. I would suggest just lengthening the existing field you are using through MySQL.

Alternately, of course, you could add that information in notes and preface it with "Company Name: "
