i have no clue how to setup leads with excel can anyone help please.

Create a new excel spread sheet in excel

in the 1st row create the following fields per row
FIRST LAST PHONE CITY STATE ZIP

Cut and paste your data into the proper fields save your file.

Next log into Vici control panel go to 'lists' click 'loadnew leads' next screen browse to your leads file use list override 100 (Every list gets a different number, this is for internal reference only). Put in a phone code override if you need one. Usually a '1'. Select a duplicate check if need be
do timezone lookup by postal code click submit. This may take awhile after you click submit depending on the amt of leads that you have. After this is done click 'lists' again at the top, click 'add a new list' IN the list ID set it to 100 (The one you entered earlier for an override) give it a list name and description and asisgn it to a campaign set it 'active'.

Should be all set at this point .

Hey since you arent putting a 1 in the leads excel file make sure you use the Phone code override for '1'.

Hey Im gonna leave it public so if someone else need shelp they can see it here too. Now that the file sloaded you should only see 1 bad record which is the row with the lables "first name last name etc" 2 records loaded 1 good 1 bad since this is your test file is ok. Now since you did a custom you need to do a field match I am assuming that went ok ? add the new leads list with 'add a new list'
