ERROR Loading leads

Hi, I’m trying to load the leads and I got this error
"ERROR: The file does not have the required number of fields to process It." any help is greatly appreciated.

When you are on the list loader page, there is a ( ? ) button. This help button will bring up a page listing the necessary fields, IN ORDER, that are required for your build/version of Vicidial.

It does vary slightly from version to version. If you post this from your help screen, I can upload a single lead sample that you could put in a .csv file and use as a test load. After that of course, you may use that succesfully tested format as your template for as many leads as you want to load.

Some people use the "super lead loader" instead so that they can "map" fields.
