HI to all.
A question.
Can an agent logon and receive calls in multiple campaigns?

multiple INBOUND campaigns, yes. if they have permission for inbound they can check several inbound boxes.
but for OUTBOUND, they will log in to only one unless there's been an upgrade i'm not aware of. sometimes it's hard to keep up with mflorell.

when you "activate" them you may choose inbound groups (i.e. #s or routes, depending on how you set it up) as well.

Nope, haven't added multi-campaign login, we did do a rather ugly hack to get something like that working though, it wasn't pretty, was a pain to control and I wouldn't recommend doing it.

What are you exactly talking about?
Is possible to use this ugly hack as a base to develop a pretty multi-campaign system or this require a complete vicidial architecture redesign?

No, the "hack" involved creating remote agents for each campaign and manually controling the call pacing. This is not how you would want to set this up at all.
What are the end goals that you are trying to accomplish by dialing multiple accounts with the same agents?
How many agents would you be doing this with and across how many campaigns?
