I had this help question in the General forum. Wrong forum. Sorry to repost here. I am having issues with the system not recognizing all the leads I have loaded. I am loading the leads using the custom format becasue I am using an Excel layout. After mapping the fields, the system indicates there are 1,847 good, 1 bad, 1848 total. At this point I am expecting to have 1847 usable leads. I then add the list and the system then says I have 290 leads ready to be dialed. I have changed the dial times to 24 hours to elinate the issue of call time conflicts. I have looked at the data and it is perfect in all 1847 fields. What could be my issue? This happens when I load every list. All other list status' are turned to off except this one.
Please help.
Very frustrating.

What is the called_since_last_reset of those leads?
Do they all have the same list_id assigned to them?

verify the upload limit
and if you can load the list as text tab delimited

hi ive experienced that problem-i load leads but not all are loaded...the problem actually source form your leads try to check for special characters like (') then remove that...then try uploading it again...it might be the solution.
