lost Vicidial_lead_filter on phpMYAdmin

i noticed that the my table for vicidial_lead_filter was gone in the phpmyAdmin. How can i restore it, all i can recall the fields are: filter_id, filter_name, filter_comments and filter_sql...

How can i add vicidial_lead_filter again, and whats its table structure?

MySQL_AST_Create_tables.sql in the extras directory
