I have Vicidialnow configured with 10 agents.

Now, I want to add 10 more agents.

What changes are required ?

you have to pay matt $100 per agent for licensing.

you need to add 10 more Users (or remote users, depending on your setup) and define them like you did the first 10. and you need to add 10 more "Phones" under "Admin" and define them like you did the first 10.

that's it.

you may want to keep an eye on your cpu load and your bandwidth in case 20 is more than your system can handle, but as far as your software is concerned that's all you need to do.

Note : I didnt configure initial 10 users.

if you have entries for the first 10 users in sip.conf, make entries for the next 10 as well. (copy the existing ones but give them new names, if the first 10 were sequential, just keep going)
