How to set up vicidialnow for Voice Broadcasting ?

set your VDAD campaign to 8366 for the sample. obviously you'll want to use another recording and possibly change the IVR results. go through the manager manual tutorial if you need step by step, but the first time i did it i just read the help for VDAD exten in the Campaign definition and found out that there was a "sample" broadcast at 8366. works great. then you change your recording and if a client presses 1 they get an agent.

It is a "Campaign VDAD exten".

Log in as an administrator.

Campaigns -> Show Campaigns -> Click on your campaign
