Mysql getting more than 90% CPU usages

Hi all,
We are using vicidialnow 1.1 and it was working great. Suddenly yesterday the electricity got down and vicidial system got rebooted while in production. After that we are unable to use it because of mysql using very high memory.
when i do mysqladmin processlist, it shows it has been locked on the query that is selecting live_sip_channels. Please help

Looks like you need to run "myisamchk -f" on all tables to clean up the tables and indexes.
