alot leads

Hi,

I want to assign 200-200 leads to particular agents at the lead uploading time.
Means, I have 16 agents. I want to assign some leads to one agent, some leads to second one, and so on. At the time of calling, that particular leads should dial with that particular agents. Condition is also here that campaign should be only one.

How to do this job ?

Other than having one campaign per agent, there is no way to do this.

it is better to let vicidial allot the connected calls during the campaign than it is to assign during import.

the way vicidial is built, it makes more sense to bundle the leads and watch the agents as they get calls. you can get a lot of power out of vicidial's predictive dialing with 16 agents in one campaign.

if you have 16 agents in 16 campaigns, you will be wasting a lot of that power (most, in fact).

remember that the agents (in predictive dial mode) cannot "waste" the leads unless they are connected to the caller, and you can see a list of all the connected calls per agent any time you like.

This is a major part of the power of this system.
