how to place an active calls in conference

how can i set the active calls automatically forwards it to a conference room so that i can listen-in in their conversation...i see this on vicidial...but m only using a manual dial...not a predictive dialing...any ideas or suggestions???/

if you are using vicidial in manual mode, it is still happening in a conference. the conference number for the first call is usually 8600051. the conferences in use are available in the real time screen for the conference.
