You will need the SIP account details from your VoIP provider. You can then replace some of the examples in /etc/asterisk/sip.conf.

Hi gardo !
I have a friend that already have a sip account to let me test!
But i wanna know if i should replace the SIP.CONF or just modified it ?
Say i have the details needed! then i would just edit the Sip.conf and reload the server?
What are really important in the Sip.config?
Please help me to figure out the basic and necessary detail in it.
Regards Winux.

Just modify the sip.conf file and reload asterisk. That should do the trick. Unless you don't want the example entries in sip.conf, then there's no reason to replace it.
