Fixed issue with "Sorry, there are no available session

Postby iratik » Tue Dec 09, 2008 5:02 pm

Installed vicidial now, followed instructions.
Needed to use the login "100/test" instead of the same login/pass as the required sip registration "cc100/test" on the phone login.

Past that I get "Sorry, there are no available sessions"

Checked the code in vicidial.php and saw it was because $session_id did not have a value.
Checked up the stack through the muck and saw around line 1134
"SELECT conf_exten FROM vicidial_conferences where extension='$SIP_user' and server_ip = '$server_ip' LIMIT 1;"

Needed to get into database and look at vicidial_conferences
....
saw the problem...
Server IP is 192.168.1.2, I had setup the server_ip to something different on setup ... updated

... went into admin and conferences and fixed.

192.168.1.2

Postby iratik » Wed Dec 10, 2008 12:15 pm

There is another hard coded reference to 192.168.1.2 in the /etc/asterisk/ directory.. .there are several hard coded references there .. if you are getting errors to root by mail... this may be the cause

have you read the manager's manual? do you know the purpose of this script? Did you read the top of the script where it's purpose is listed?
