We have our Windows - Web based CRM that has the customer information among other things such as production reports for our type of work, export to certain software, etc.

Is there a way to integrate ViciDial's production data with our Windows based Web CRM:

1. Can we have our customer information Form (not script) show up as a screen pop when the call is answered using ViciDial? This would mean the same telephone number along with the other customer info.

2. Can the production data (such as - Leads generated, etc) be exported to our web hosted SQL database? Or can the 2 databases (MySql and SQL) communicate with each other?

Yes, as long as it can accept the URL GET Query string data that vicidial sends to your CRM system. We have integrated with vtiger in this way.

Since it is just a database you can write any program you want to exchange or synchronize data between the two, but nothing comes pre-written with VICIDIAL except for the vtiger integration script.

Would the URL GET Query work with non vtiger Windows CRM's?

Would this above mentioned Query bring up the customer information webform screen pop from our Web-based CRM realtime as VICIDial dials that number and there is a response from the part being called?

You would have to program a search page to work with your CRM. Nothing horribly difficult, but you would have to have knowledge of what field names your CRM search pages needs to accept the data as.

Where or which files in ViciDial would we have to modify in order to use the URL GET Query string data that vicidial would send to our CRM system.

Nothing. You would need to create a middle-ware script to connect the two.
