Sorry, no sessions available

Hi ,

We are trying to install asterisk and vicidial. Asterisk has been installed as per scratch manaul, we have installed a digium card TDM 400P in our server and use it properly for inbound transfers and making outbound call.

Now we want to test vicidial we have also got managers manual and as per instructions in Tutorial B we have created an inbound Closure campaign. But when we are trying to log in to /agc/vicidial.php we get a message "Sorry, no sessions available" .

Looking forward to your help guys.

You need to go over the SCRATCH_INSTALL document again. That message only shows up if you have not added vicidial_conferences for your server_ip.
