Anyway to inform Agents that Dialable Leads has become Zero and intimate admin to rechurn leads.
Else, after waiting for 5 mins they say that calls not coming and then we realise that leads has become zero.

I would recommend more attentive managers. There is currently nothing available to the agent screen that shows dialable leads. There is an option hard coded in vicidial.php that allows you to show the amount being dialed though:
$agentcallsstatus='0';
replace with this:
$agentcallsstatus='1';

Wow! Thanks Matt, again and again. This is so useful option.
This will also get rid of all messages to me "it's slow, please make it dial faster", calming down the agents while waiting for a call

That was actually enabled by default but we received so many complaints about it distracting agents that we turned it off(but left it in the code).
