Vicidialnow Outbound calls helppp!

hello mates,

i installed the vicidialnow but im not able to make any outbound calls, i configured my sip provider in the sip.conf and also created a new Campaign and a new list and then i uploaded some leads with an active agent, but my vicidialnow web interface shows always ZEROS when i click on the Real-Time Campaigns Summary?? and i dont get any phones ringing what is could be the reason 4 that?? please help with any ideas u might have

NOTE: i have 2 computers connected to a router, one of them the Vicidialnow box.

nope, i just posted this a few mins ago, can`t seem to solve it, i could really use some help :S

did you guys edit your extesion.conf file?

yup i did, and i solved the problem by setting up the campaign correctly from the web admin. now i have agents running and making outgoin calls

hi htere i have my outbound working but, the problem is i have 2 sip trunks, how does one fall over to the other one if the first one is busy for outbound calls.

help appreciated

Hi there i go it working thx.

Did the following :

in my sip.conf i limit the calls per sip peer(trunk) to only 1

call-limit=1 that took care of that.

But thx anyway.
