Hi,

I want to have 40 agents on a HP Proliant DL120 with HD160 and 2GB RAM. That's enough?

Im not use any card, just VoIP. What more i need?

Maybe, how many outgoing lines?

What codec will you be using?

Will you be recording calls?

I think with 40 agents you will need to have multiple servers. At about 20 you will start topping out if you are recording all calls.

HP Proliant DL120, Xeon with 2 proccessors.
4GB RAM (yes, i bought more)
160GB of HD

Really i need more than that?

Maybe, can i to record with other server? It's easy to make this?
