People could hear me. I couldn't hear them

Postby john_usc » Fri Jan 30, 2009 1:51 am

I have a system at my home and my agents from my office log in to the system. When I make calls from my house, it works fine. But when I make calls from my office, I can not hear people but they can hear me fine. I thought it may be something blocking the voice in office network, so I tested it with my other server that run pbxinaflash only and the voice was perfect. I have port 5060 and 10,000 to 20000 open in my house where vicidial server is.
What could be wrong
Thanks

Using SIP?

Have you tried IAX instead?

One way audio is usually related to NAT issues. You mentioned you have tried IAX. Have you opened UDP port 4569 too?
