How to use VicidialNow with VPN ?

VicidialNOW is server software that makes phone calls via sip/iax ports and allows users to view pages via http.
VPN allows users to link to other networks to make it appear as if they were local networks. (Virtual Private Network)
You do not need digium hardware to use VPN. But then again, why are you using VPN? It's not really connected in any way to a telephone server or necessary for one.
