Urgent help required - predicative dialing is not working

I have installed vicidialnow 1.2, Manual dialing is working fine from the softphone and from vicidial.
but when I change the dial method 'Ratio" I can hear the incoming beep of call followd by the msg, you are the only ... .
CLI shows the calls are going but I'm not getting any call.

please help me.

1. What's the dial timeout?
2. Post CLI output from agent login to after at least three calls dialed.

First off who is hearing "You are the only..." the agent or the person who was called? What kind of a campaign are you trying to setup? Do you even have agents for this campaign?

Its an Outbound Compaign, An Agent hear this when click YES on softphone of incoming call.
Yes I have create user accouts and able to get calls when I choose dial method is Manual.

dial time out = 60 sec.
