Hello! I like to ask what to do if i want to copy all my recordings. The path is /home/admin/recording. By the way I use WinSCP software to easy copy those file. But it was impossible for me to do that. Maybe because to files is too big?. Is there any easy way?

How many recordings do you have?
What codec did you compress them with?

I cant tell how many the recording are. where using codec G729.
But we experiment a way still using Winscp we just drag the folder to another location (local drive) without trying to open the folder recordings, after a couple of hours 2% copying progress. But the copying takes very long. Thank you its okay now.

Might want to try filezilla; Its opensource you know.
It also supports multiple connections, resume and does better with large transfers.
Make sure you aren't copying files you dont need. What directory are you pulling down and what directories are inside it?

plug in a USB hard drive. mount it.
Then
cd /var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE/GSM
mv *.* /path/to/usb
?
But
This will make the recording_log on mysql go to waste. Or you can just use another server with huge space and ftp the files.
