Networking problem w/ vicidial

Im using vicidial, firefox as my browser, and i tried to use a parental control software to limit the internet usage of agents but i had problems w/ vicidial, vicidial acted weird, no calls, no voice, it seems that vicidial is confused bec. of the parental software, hmmm what networking software i can use that can manage the internet/computer usage of agents that is compatible w/ vicidial?

As mentioned several places on the forums, you cannot use most internet filtering or speed optimizers with VICIDIAL.

I would recommend looking into a proxy/router-based filter, or just deactivating DNS and using only IP addresses for your links to VICIDIAL.

Some newer QOS routers are capable of giving SIP FULL priority and blowing almost everything else off if SIP requires the bandwidth. I have a new client on Verizon and the router they supplied had it built in. Very nice, actually.
