Hi all,
I want to block some states in vicidialnow using filter. I have done like this
state not in ('IL','AL')
means it will only add the leads in hopper that are not in those states. is it ?
second, in dialable leads it shows the all the leads from the list that are not active too.
where am i wrong?

I would recommend using state call time records set to 2400 2400 as a better method of blocking specific states, that way it also frees you up to use filters without having to add the state exclusions to every filter entry.
