Hi Guys, I need to record a specific lead every time. How can I do that?
This specific number is from a data validation organism.

are you trying to record automatically based on an inbound Caller ID?

No, this is for an outbound campaing. When we have made a SALE then we need to call this number (0800) in order to verify all the data of the customer.
I need to record this calls every time that we made a SALE.
I think that i need to add an option of Campaign Recording, like ALL FORCE (0800).
Any advice?
