i cant log in on using user account cause im getting thie error "Sorry, there are no available sessions" please help me to solve this issue.

Did you recently change your IP address?

Was your system working before?

I was also getting this error. In my case I was logged on as a different user in my soft phone than that on the vici system. Make sure your phone login is same.
