Predictive Dialer is not working

Please Help me !!

I have installed VicidialNow1.2, everything is working fine.
I'm runing outbound compaign, When I choose Dial Method : Manual, its working but when I choose Ratio or Adopt Average etc, I'm not getting Live Calls.

I'm not getting calls, when I choose Dial Method : Ratio.
but with Dial Method : Manual , I'm getting calls.
