I have another Asterisk 1.4.18.1 serrver working for a long time on our call center. I have installed the new VicidialNOW on another server. Is it possible that vicidialNOW work with my Asterisk servers SIP accouns?

Or if not:
Is there any way to web acces sip.conf or extensions.conf files?
Or is there a webacces to the full configuration of asterisk on VicidialNow server?

Are you asking if you can pass the calls through your other server (using it for trunks and/or extensions) or if you can configure the VicidialNOW server in a similar way to your other asterisk server?

Both can be done.

I am working with another Asterisk server for a long time. I configured some extenssions for the Vicidial campaign.
I configured a Vicidial campaign and when I am logging in as an agent the hopper is OK but it tells me "Sorry, there are no available sessions"

Could anyone tell me what is the matter or is there anything that I am doing wrong?

This is a conference with my server Asterisk
CONFERENCE LISTINGS:
8600001 192.168.2.5 9001 MODIFY

my Vicidial IP is 192.168.2.222
my Asterisk IP is 192.168.2.5

If it is not the right information...tell me where to find this vicidial-conferences.

on your linux command line type:

"mysql asterisk"

then type:

"select * from vicidial_conferences;"

mysql is a part of the vicidial system. it's a database server. the database we use is asterisk. in the asterisk database there is a table named vicidial_conferences.

using phpmyadmin or another MySQL administration system (such as the command line mysql client), check the contents of this table.

mysql asterisk -p(enteryourpasswordhere)

select * from vicidial_conferences;
