I am using vicidial now and trying to get amd working properly..Can some one verify my config ? When call is answered amd seems to frezzze.

exten => 8369,6,AGI(agi-VDAD_LB_transfer.agi,${EXTEN})

This is what i see in the cli....

Is there anything after that or does your system actually freeze?

Well im using the survey agi and it never plays the survey messsage it just stops at the debug i posted earlier.I saw another one of your suggestion about amd and decided it would probally be better to just play the message twice to catch the voicemail.
