Repeated queries on Vicidial

I have been a member here for a few years now and fnid it difficult to go through many posts in order to find answers to specific problems that previous users may have had as well. It seems that many newbies and experts alike, tend to have the same issue and therefore we see the same or similar questions asked a number of times.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to create a FAQ for troubleshooting common problems or improve the search capability in the forum to provide more accurate results.

Just a thought.
