Need Help with the configuration

Hello Friends,

I have few things to ask you. But before that i would like to tell you what all thing i have with me...

1. One Dual Core Computer with 2.2 Ghz
2. 2 GB RAM, 250 GB Hard Disk
3. One 10/100 LAN Card & Two 100/1000 LAN Card
4. One Global IP
5. One SIP Account
6. 1 Multimedia Headset...

Now i have downloaded and burned the vicidialnow on 1 CD and installed it in the computer. But i really do not know how to configure it. The purpose of this vicidialnow would be for running a team of telemarketers. So kindly please me that how can i configure the vicidialnow...
