v.2.0.1b2 not dialing campaigns

I've just installed 2.0.1b2 and the system doesn't call out. Here's the asterisk cli output:

What script/file tells asterisk to start dialing numbers?

This is an upgrade; it's worked w/ v1.x. Manual dial link works (green screen). just not in a campaign.

Nevermind, i'm on crack. it's a dialplan problem. I inadvertently changed "Omit Phone Code" to Yes.

Lessons for the day:

1. Don't do crack.
2. Don't change "Omit Phone Code" if you're in the USA and dialing long distance unless you configured your dialplan to not require the phone code (1).
