VICIDIAL Application frequently gives ‘Busy’ and ‘Network’

Hi ,

We are using vicidalnow 1.1 for outbound dialing.

2 servers working in load balancing setup and database is on third server.


It has been observed that the VICIDIAL Application frequently gives ‘Busy’ and ‘Network’ tones on numbers that are dialed and those numbers are working perfectly fine when dialing through a regular mobile.


What the reason can be of that?
